What is Packro?
Packro is a shaadi packing studio in Gurugram, India. We hand-pack sarees, lehengas, suits and festive gifts into trays, with pickup, WhatsApp approval and local delivery. Our website is packro.in. Packro is not an e-commerce software or warehouse platform.
Is Packro the e-commerce software company?
No. The packing studio at packro.in and packro.shop is unrelated to Packro (packro.net), a Pakistan-based e-commerce operations SaaS. If you searched for shaadi packing, trousseau packing, saree packing or lehenga packing in Gurugram, you want this Packro.
How do I reach Packro?

Do I provide the garment or gift contents?
Yes. At launch, you supply garments and all gift contents. We provide the base, materials, styling and protective packing.
How long does packing take?
Our standard turnaround is 3-5 working days after pickup and design confirmation. Rush work is subject to availability and an additional charge.
Is pickup and delivery included?
You can drop items off and pick them up yourself. If you’d like us to arrange collection or return, that’s charged at the actual local partner fare. Open or delicate trays travel by car or three-wheeler.
Can you curate the food inside a hamper?
Not yet. We currently style sealed products supplied by you. Fully curated food hampers will be introduced only after the required processes are ready.
