Privacy at Packro
Packro is a small packing studio. We collect only what we need to quote, pack and return your garments and gifts. This page is the policy for packro.in and packro.shop.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, packing types, quantity, required-by date, six-digit pickup PIN and any notes you type. If you later send photos of a saree or lehenga on WhatsApp, those images become part of the job brief. We also receive whatever you choose to write in a WhatsApp chat.
The website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic counts. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell, rent or trade enquiry lists. Packro is not the software company at packro.net and does not share data with that business.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Name, phone, PIN, date and item list are used to write a quote, schedule pickup or drop-in, keep the look consistent across a set, and return the finished trays. Messages stay in WhatsApp as the working thread for that order. Enquiry records are stored in our database so we can resume a brief if you write back weeks later.
We keep job details for as long as they are useful for the packing work and ordinary record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry: WhatsApp the same number you used to book, or use the contact page, and say that it is a privacy request.
Who sees it
Packro staff handling your order see the brief. Hosting and database providers (currently Vercel for the site and Supabase for enquiry storage) process data on our behalf so the form and site can run. Local pickup or delivery partners receive only the address, PIN, time window and handling notes they need to collect or return a tray. We do not put garment photos in ads without asking you first.
